Dave began working for Century 21 Alliance-LBI in 2024. He has deep roots in the shore as he was born in Beach Haven, the “Queen City” of Long Beach Island. Working one of the busiest bars on the island for the last decade has helped Dave develop a stronger connection to the community. Thus, only furthering the resources he can provide when finding you a new home, or selling your current one. Whether it’s finding you a perfect future, or recommending a good seafood restaurant with a view, Dave is your man.

Jacquelyn started working for Century 21 Alliance-LBI in 2024. She has lived in the area for over 15 years and provides a locals view when searching for the perfect home. Her favorite part of selling real estate is the rapport she is able to establish when meeting her clients. Jacquelyn is a graduate with a Business degree from Stockton University and applies core principles to all real estate transactions. This knowledge has provided her with valuable skills that she uses in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers as well as using effective marketing strategies. When she's not working she enjoys spending time at the beach and being with family.
