Jacquelyn started working for Coastal Living Real Estate Group in 2022. She has lived in the area for over 15 years and provides a locals view when searching for the perfect home. Her favorite part of selling real estate is the rapport she is able to establish when meeting her clients. Jacquelyn says, "I recognize and value the trust that my clients place in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations."
Jacquelyn is a graduate with a Business degree from Stockton University and applies core principles to all real estate transactions. This knowledge has provided her with valuable skills that she uses in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers as well as using effective marketing strategies. When she's not working she enjoys spending time at the beach and being with family.

Dave began working for Coastal Living Real Estate Group in 2022. He has deep roots in the shore as he was born in Beach Haven, the “Queen City” of Long Beach Island. Working one of the busiest bars on the island for the last decade has helped Dave develop a stronger connection to the community.
